This notice explains, for your information, how telehealth works if you choose to pursue treatment after visiting this website. Healthysprays.com does not provide telehealth. Healthy Sprays LLC is a product brand: this Site is informational and marketing only, and nothing you do here — reading pages, taking a quiz, or submitting a form — is a medical visit or creates a provider-patient relationship. This page is an educational notice, not a consent form, and nothing is signed or agreed to here.

What Happens When You Continue to PrescriberNow

When you click a consult or eligibility link on this Site, you leave healthysprays.com and enter the PrescriberNow platform, which operates under its own terms, consents, and privacy practices. There, you complete a health intake, and an independent, licensed physician or nurse practitioner reviews your information. These providers exercise their own clinical judgment; Healthy Sprays does not direct, control, or participate in medical decision-making.

Asynchronous Review Is Typical

In most cases, the evaluation is asynchronous: the provider reviews your intake questionnaire and health history on their own schedule and follows up through secure messaging if they have questions. A live video visit is usually not required, although a provider may request a phone or video conversation — and in some states one may be required — before making any prescribing decision.

Prescriptions Only If Clinically Appropriate

A prescription is issued only if the reviewing provider determines it is clinically appropriate for you. Completing an intake or making a payment on PrescriberNow does not guarantee a prescription. The provider may decline to prescribe, recommend a different course, or refer you to in-person care. Your Right to Decline or Withdraw

Telehealth is voluntary. You may decline to proceed at any point, and you may withdraw from an evaluation after it begins, without giving up your right to seek care elsewhere. Details on how withdrawal affects an in-progress evaluation and any fees are set out in PrescriberNow's own terms and consent.

State Licensure

Telehealth providers must be licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your evaluation. Availability of telehealth services, and the rules that apply to them (including whether a live interaction is required), vary by state.

Alternatives to Telehealth

Telehealth is one option, not the only one. You can always seek an in-person evaluation from your own physician, a local clinic, or another healthcare provider, and you may wish to discuss any treatment you are considering with a provider who knows your health history.

Technology Risks

As with any online service, telehealth relies on electronic transmission of information. Despite reasonable security safeguards, there is a small risk of technical failure, interruption, or unauthorized access to information transmitted electronically. Because there is no in-person physical examination, providers rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide; inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the evaluation.
