This Privacy Policy explains how Healthy Sprays LLC ("Healthy Sprays," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit healthysprays.com (the "Site") or interact with our forms and communications. Healthy Sprays LLC is the product brand for THIN®, THIN-R®, and THIN-ST®. Telehealth evaluations and prescribing are provided independently by licensed providers via PrescriberNow, and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies; those parties maintain their own privacy practices.
The Site and our products are intended only for residents of the United States. We do not offer products or services to, and do not knowingly collect information from, individuals located outside the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative.
The Site is not directed to children. Our products and services are intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at hello@healthysprays.com and we will delete it.

We do not process payments on the Site; if you proceed to a telehealth evaluation or purchase, payment and medical information are handled by PrescriberNow, the treating provider, and the dispensing pharmacy under their own policies.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing cookies for the Site or by using your browser and device privacy controls. Because we honor your choice, declining consent will not prevent you from using the informational parts of the Site.

We retain contact, lead, and eligibility information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — typically for the duration of our relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs — after which we delete or de-identify it. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@healthysprays.com and we will respond consistent with applicable law. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Requests concerning medical records created during a telehealth evaluation should be directed to PrescriberNow or your treating provider.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site may link to third-party sites and services, including PrescriberNow. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; please review their policies directly.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
