About the formulation

This formulation is prepared using semaglutide base — the same active ingredient used in the corresponding FDA-approved semaglutide medicines — not a salt form such as semaglutide sodium or semaglutide acetate. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration has stated that semaglutide salt forms are different active ingredients than the base form used in approved products. Prepared to USP-compliant standards by an independent licensed 503A pharmacy pursuant to an individual prescription. Not FDA-approved.
